At Hardbody, we stand by the quality of our performance gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your training standards, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your gear, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
